1. If I decide to cancel an application submitted to USTPF and made payment online, can I request a refund?
USTPF only issue refunds for the lifetime membership up to 75%, if paid with credit card or via PayPal in case of applications that could not be processed for any reasons. If the request was processed, a refund will not be issued. A processing fee of $25.00 is withheld from all refunds.
2. I am a lifetime member; do I have to pay the International Competition and Foreign Individual Country Competitions Processing fee?
Yes, all type members are required to pay the International Competition and Foreign Individual Country Competitions Processing fee.

Items marked with no asterisk () at the end of regular, one asterisk (*) at the end of the silver and two asterisks (**) at the end of gold members can have the following:
No asterisk () at the end of non-player membership option is for those individuals who love tent pegging and become members to support the USTPF.
No asterisk () at the end of non-player and regular; member can use the facility for three times during each week of membership month using their own horse and tack for practice.
One asterisk (*) at the end of the silver; member can use the facility for five times during each week of membership month using their own horse and tack for practice.
Two asterisks (**) at the end of the gold; member can use the facility for unlimited times during each week of membership month using the facility and the facility provided horse using their own tack.

NOTES:
Items marked with one and two asterisks (*) (**) at the end of the member associations must meet the USTPF requirements as follow:
One asterisk (*) at the end of the member club means that club can start with minimum five members and maintain maximum 10 members.
Two asterisks (**) at the end of the member club means that club can start with minimum 11 members and maintain maximum 20 members.
One asterisk (*) at the end of the member associations means they will be the regional entities for tent pegging and can have up to five (5) small clubs under their supervision maintaining their own members and the affiliating clubs' members. Their affiliating clubs will not require the separate membership of USTPF and could have the same rights as their parent entity.
Two asterisks (**) at the end of the member associations means they will be the regional entities for tent pegging and can have up to ten (10) small clubs under their supervision maintaining their own members and the affiliating clubs' members. Their affiliating clubs will not require the separate membership of USTPF and could have the same rights as their parent entity.
3. If I want to use USTPF facility, what type of membership I will need?
All type members can use the USTPF facility; some restrictions apply for regular members.
4. As a regular member can I use the USTPF facility?
Yes, as a regular member you can use USTPF facility multiple times through the membership year, aslo see the answer for FAQ 2.
5. For domestic competitions do I have to bring my own horse?
Yes, refer to the NOTES section on fee schedule.
6. As a silver or gold member can I use the USTPF facility?
Yes, as a regular, silver and gold member you can use the facility multiple times, also see the answer to FAQ 2.
